Summary

We have never published politically ‘conf.’ or ‘non-conf.’ papers in a urology journal. Let’s consider this paper as a continuation of the previous five historical articles, which deal with German, Hungarian, and partly American relations (1, 2, 3, 4, 5). The reason is not only the clinic’s hundred years (1921–2021) but also that I found a thick dossier in my bottomless cabinets, which came to me during the reestablishment of relations in the 1990s. Nothing changes this, and it doesn’t affect the fact that from 1970 until his death (2017) I had a Finnish non-doctor friend, just as my writings on German relations were not inspired by my German doctor friend who has been around since 1964.
