Summary
The development of adhesions and the consequent persistent abdominal pain are common complications of pelvic (gynecological) interventions. Another frequent complication after these operations (ie. hysterectomy) is the lower urinary tract dysfunction. The case at hand presents a rare combination of these unfortunate consequences, and demonstrates the proper diagnostic and urological-surgical resolution.
